The paths in the northernmost part of the estate, near Holms Cottage are overgrown and impassable due to being obstructed by fallen trees and tall vegetation. Path visibility ranges from barely discernable to completely unidentifiable. It is possible to force a path in places, and there are a few slightly clearer sections, such as alongside the rear fence around Holms Cottage's garden. It was not possible to measure gradient on the ground, analysis of the gpx track suggests gradients reach 25% in places. No useful cross fall measurement could be taken.
