From the junction with paths 95, 96 and 99 the surface is soft mud and rutted by forest machinery, with a grass central reservation between vehicle tracks. Gradients up to 13%, path is 2 to 3 metres wide, with usable width considerably less in places due to the uneven surface. Some low overhanging branches. Towards the east the path enters trees and is obscured by branches and logs on the ground. No exit from the estate at the boundary.
