A tarmac surfaced access road for the Kingscote Vineyard and therefore it is likely that pedestrians will meet vehicles. The road paved road is 3m wide in places. There are some passing places but they are less than 5.5 metres wide and have poor surfaces or drops to use them. Gradients of 10% and 12%. Cross fall up to 4%.
