From the Manor end the path begins with a difficult kissing gate, followed by a 15cm step to a short muddy slope with a gradient of 25% to a narrow bridge made of planks. After the bridge there is a 50 cm wide mud and grass path, overgrown by vegetation and a short 20% slope on an overgrown grass bank with a 40 cm wide path and completely covered by thorns in places. 20% slow was less than 10 m long. Across the meadow is a narrow path trodden through long grass which would become boggy in wet weather. There are a number of trodden routes through the meadow as the line of the path is difficult to determine. Cross fall is difficult to determine as the path is uneven. At the Bird's Eye Wood end there is a 70cm path between thorn bushes to a newly installed gate.
This Footpath is approximately 240 metres long with a Soft mud and grass surface
The narrowest point: 40 cm wideSteepest gradient: 25% (1:4)
