From the Manor end the path begins as a 40cm track which is completely overgrown with nettles and other vegetation with a soft mud surface. After the trees the path leads into a grassy field with deeps ruts caused by cattle in soft mud. The path then passes through trees with a brick and mud surface. Then into a meadow with a trodden grass path. The line of the path is difficult to determine at the manor end, through the first field and section of trees. There is an obvious trodden path through the meadow at the Whitestone Wood end. In the field and meadow the gradients are up to 16% and paths are wide allowing 2 metres for passing. Overhead clearance is reduced to 1.5 metres in places due to overhanging trees. Cross falls over 5% but difficult to determine as path uneven.
This Footpath is approximately 380 metres long with a Bricks, Grass, Soft mud surface
