From the Manor end the path is about 40cm wide with a muddy surface with some concrete creating ruts. The path becomes a trodden grass path with a width of about 1 metre. To reach the meadow there is a 12 metre long slope over 25% gradient, up to 28%. There is a wide grassy path over the meadow, then a muddy section near to the junction with path 82, where rocks have been used to reduce the mud.
